  • Exhibits cooperation, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Should be an active member in the community and provide valuable community linkages
  • Electing for a 1 year term; 3 year terms thereafter.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Producer-Member of Citizens Co-op and accept the responsibility of representing the interests of the Producer Membership to the Board
  • Commit at least 10 hours per month and be readily available to Producer Members
  • Must work directly with Producer-Members in a collaborative spirit, develop Producer Membership, Purchasing Standards, and Price-points. Familiarity with Producers and/or organizing with food producers a plus.
  • Electing for a 1 year term; 3 year terms thereafter

At-Large Seat #3 & #4

Held by Co-founders and Steering Committee Members Gretchen McIntyre and Elizabeth Nesbit for three years. Available for election from general membership at that time. This decision was made to preserve the continuity of the Co-op Vision as laid out by the Founders and presented to the Members throughout the start-up process.
