To apply for a membership please complete two steps, fill out the form on the left and click submit then make your payment using our online payment system on the right or by mailing in a check. NOTE: memberships cannot be processed until payment is received.
Students: You may purchase a one-time non-refundable membership for $50 to start receiving member benefits in the store.

By clicking accept, I hereby apply for membership in the Citizens Co-op, Inc. With my $100 refundable investment, I am becoming part-owner of this cooperatively-owned grocery store. Member equity is used for development of this cooperative. By submitting and signing this application, I agree to adhere to the rights and responsibilities of my self-selected membership type and accept the terms. Only one membership required per household.
Students: You may purchase a one-time non-refundable membership for $50 to start receiving member benefits in the store. However, you will not be eligble for future profit sharing unless you buy the $100 shareholder level.
